Otis graduated from the Canine Vision Program on April 16, 2014, and over 13 years of service, he formed an extraordinary bond with Larry, supporting him in countless ways and exemplifying the life-changing impact of Dog Guides. Otis passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and inspiration.
